Overview:
The Smart Irrigation & Water Level Monitoring System is an advanced IoT-based automation project designed to optimize water usage in agriculture and gardening. This system automatically irrigates plants based on soil moisture levels while also ensuring safe motor operation through real-time water tank monitoring. Using the Blynk IoT platform, users can remotely monitor and control the system from anywhere. The system includes dry run protection to prevent motor damage when the tank water level is low, making it highly efficient, safe, and reliable for real-world applications.
Additionally, the system includes an Email alert notification feature. When the soil moisture drops below a critical level (below 30%), an instant alert email is sent to the userโs Gmail account, notifying them that the plants urgently need water. This ensures timely action even when the user is not actively monitoring the system.
